VAT and DDP Shipping Policy

1. Pricing and Fee Structure

All listed prices include 20% UK Value Added Tax (VAT), duties, and customs clearance fees.

The total amount displayed on the order confirmation page is the final payable amount. No additional payment is required upon receipt.

2. Scope

This policy applies to orders shipped to mainland UK and its overseas territories (e.g., DROM-COM regions).

VAT is already included in the product price; users do not need to complete any additional procedures.

If tax rates change, product prices will be adjusted accordingly, with prior notice to customers.

3. DDP Delivery Model

We operate under the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model, ensuring all orders have taxes and duties settled before goods arrive in the UK.

Users are not required to perform customs clearance or pay any additional fees.

Delivery is handled by carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS, with full tracking provided.

In cases of incorrect addresses, delivery failure, or customs inspection issues, customer service will assist in resolving the matter.

4. Customs and Compliance

All shipments include commercial invoices and necessary customs documentation.

Packaging, labeling, and related instructions comply with UK, French, and EU regulations to ensure smooth customs clearance.

No additional payment is required upon delivery.

6. Invoices and Receipts

After payment confirmation, you will receive an electronic invoice showing unit prices, VAT, and total amounts including tax.

Invoices can be used for after-sales service, tax purposes, or refund claims.

All fees are clearly displayed before payment, with no hidden charges.

7. Order and Delivery Time

Orders are shipped within 1–3 working days after payment.

Estimated delivery time is 8–15 working days, depending on the region and carrier arrangements.

8. Geographical Restrictions

This policy applies to mainland UK and its overseas territories.

If legal or logistical constraints affect delivery, we will provide notice before order confirmation.
