Payment Methods

1. Payment Process

Please first confirm the order details, including the selected products, quantities, total amount, and applicable taxes.

Fill in your shipping information and enter your bank card details.

After completing the payment, the system will encrypt the relevant information and perform instant verification.

Once the payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email. If the payment is unsuccessful, you may try again or contact our customer support team.

2. Payment Options

We support Visa and Mastercard as payment methods.

We currently do not accept cash payments, checks, bank transfers, or cash on delivery.

All transactions are settled in British Pounds (£).

3. Security Assurance

All transaction information is transmitted via TLS encryption technology to ensure the security of your payment process.

Payment processing is handled by platforms that comply with PCI-DSS security standards to protect your payment information.

We do not store your bank card information and process data in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

4. Pricing and Taxes

All product prices include UK Value Added Tax (VAT) at a rate of 20%.

Customs duties and clearance fees are included and handled under the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model. The total price shown is the final amount payable.

You are not required to pay any additional fees. The checkout amount is the final amount.

5. Refund Policy

After the return request is approved, refunds will begin processing within 1–3 working days. Depending on the bank settlement cycle, funds usually arrive within 10–15 working days (actual timing depends on the bank’s processing speed).

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa or Mastercard).

If the refund takes longer than expected to arrive, please provide your order number and transaction record, and we will follow up accordingly.
