Shipping Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all orders submitted on the platform. Delivery services cover mainland UK and other designated areas.

International delivery outside the UK is not currently available.

2. Pricing and Shipping Fees

We operate under the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model. All prices include UK Value Added Tax (VAT) and customs duties, so no additional payment is required upon receipt.

Orders over £148.91 qualify for free shipping; for orders below this amount, shipping costs £8.66.

The amounts displayed on the website are the final fees. All charges are transparent with no hidden costs.

3. Processing and Delivery Time

Orders that are paid and confirmed before 18:00 will be processed on the same day; orders paid after 18:00 will be confirmed the next day.

Orders are shipped within 3 working days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery time is 8–15 working days, depending on customs clearance, weather, and shipping conditions.

After shipment, a unique tracking number will be provided via email, with regular updates on logistics information.

4. Carriers

Delivery is handled by DHL, FedEx, and UPS. All logistics services provide online tracking functionality.

5. Receipt and Issue Handling

Please check the product packaging upon receipt. If any damage is found, take photos and note it during signing.

If someone else signs on your behalf, the same inspection and recording procedures apply.

For damage, missing items, delays, or misdelivery, contact customer service within 48 hours. After verification, we will arrange returns or refunds.

Any additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information are the user’s responsibility.

6. Modifications and Cancellations

Before shipment, you may request address changes or cancel orders within 72 hours for a refund.

After shipment, orders cannot be modified or canceled, but returns can be requested according to the Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy.

7. Returns

Within 14 working days of receipt, you may submit a return request according to the Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy.

8. Data Protection

We only collect the essential information required for delivery (e.g., name, address, and contact details).

Data processing complies with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) requirements and uses TLS encryption and access control measures.
